Timothy Lane

Timothy Lane was accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old girl in 2006. The Archdiocese did not inform the police until after it had completed its own investigation. In the meantime, Lane was transferred to Missouri. Criminal charges were not filed due to insufficient evidence.
