Albert Joseph Duggan

Albert Joseph Duggan has been accused of sexually abusing at least three victims, including a 2001 report of abuse of a 12 year-old boy at St. Frances in Azusa, California in 1969. In 2003, another victim came forward accusing Duggan of abuse from 1963 to 1967 at the same parish. The 2001 complainant was included in a $660 million settlement on behalf of 500 victims of clergy abuse reached in 2007. Duggan retired in 1976 and died in 1979.
