Gerald John Plesetz

Gerald John Plesetz is accused of abuse of a teenage girl from 1973-1977, including an allegation that he fathered her child. He left the priesthood in 1977 to marry and was laicized in 1978. Plesetz was arrested in 2002, but the charges were dropped after the California Supreme Court ruled that the criminal statute of limitations had passed.
