John Ruhl was incardinated 1983 into Diocese of Orange. He is accused of abuse of at least three minors from 1970-82. Ruhl worked in the Los Angeles archdiocese, and in Cape Girardeau and Perryville, MO. Ruhl’s status is a “Life of Prayer and Penance.” He has been named in a 2018 civil lawsuit.
