Joseph Francis Ryan

Joseph Francis Ryan was a native of Ireland. Ryan was placed on leave numerous times from 1945 through 1960. In 1965, he was excardinated to the Philadelphia Archdiocese. He died in 1976. In 2002, he was accused of abuse of a brother and sister in 1945-1946 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in El Segundo.
