Leo Donald Tubbs
Ordained: 1966
Leo Tubbs is accused of molesting a 15 year-old boy in 1985 and other sexual abuse in 1983. Tubbs was one of seven Domincan sex offenders discovered in late 2004 to be housed on Dominican property in an Oakland neighborhood. In 2005, after instances of boundary violations with adults and a trip to Bangkok despite explicit orders that he was prohibited from doing so, he was reportedly not permitted to leave the Dominican residence unattended or without permission.
