Patrick M. Kelly

A Jesuit priest of the order’s Irish Province, Patrick Kelly fled to Ireland after it was alleged that he fondled a young girl at Our Lady of Lourdes in Los Angeles, CA, in 1991. When charged with misdemeanor sexual battery, he pleaded no contest from Ireland and was sentenced to three years’ probation. The girl’s parents later filed a civil lawsuit naming him and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as defendants.
