Samuel Orellana-Mendoza

Samuel Orellana-Mendoza was ordained for the Archdiocese of San Salvador in El Salvador in 1968. He began working in Los Angeles in 1981 and was incardinated in 1987.  He is accused of sexually abusing a girl shortly after his incardination.  The Archdiocese investigated and found no grounds to remove.  The victim sued in 2003 and reached a settlement with the Archdiocese.
