Vincent Van ter Toolen

Vincent Van ter Toolen was a Dutch Carmelite who worked in the U.S. province from 1963 to 1971. Van ter Toolen was accused of abuse between 1062-1964. He left the Archdiocese in 1970. The province claims that it has no further records on him but understands he died in the 1990s.
