Henry Perez

Henry Perez was incardinated in Phoenix as a Marist. In 1989, he was incardinated in the Orange Diocese. He was on leave beginning in 1991. In 1993, he was accused of abuse while he was in the Phoenix Diocese. The victims filed two civil lawsuits. He reportedly left priesthood to marry, and was removed from the diocese in 2002. He died in 2003. Two more civil lawsuits were filed in 2003. Perez was indicted in Phoenix in 2003 for abuse of two minors in 1970s-early 1980s.
