Avdon (Audon) Serratos

In 2003, Avdon (Audon) Serratos was visiting Los Angeles from the Colima Diocese in Mexico.  He allegedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl during confession.  He was arrested, pled no contest, and in 2004, was sentenced to a year in jail.  After serving his sentence, he was deported.
