James T. Monaghan

In 1992, James T. Monaghan pleaded no contest when he was charged with the 1988 molestation of a 7-year-old girl he was counseling at St. Ignatius Parish in Sacramento, CA. He was sentenced to 120 hours of community service and five years’ probation. He died in 2004.
