Charles Rourke was incardinated in the Diocese of Tucson and served in the Diocese of San Bernardino as an extern with faculties. Rourke was known as a jazz musician and founded a youth mariachi band through Catholic Youth Services. He committed suicide in 1993 while he was under investigation for child molestations that were alleged to have occurred in Albuquerque, NM.
