Edward Boyle

A lawsuit filed in 2002 against the Diocese of Sacramento regarding the operation of its hotline for sexual abuse survivors involved a plaintiff who claimed that Father Edward Boyle sexually abused her in 1967 when he was working at a church in Auburn, CA. According to this lawsuit, after he abused the plaintiff, Boyle was transferred to Reno, NV, and later to Hawaii. He died in 1998.
