Louis Aloysius Garcia

Louis Aloysius Garcia was accused of sexually abusing several mentally disabled children between 1979 and 1980 at Porterville State Hospital where he served as chaplain. Garcia was subsequently charged and convicted of rape, two counts of sodomy, oral copulation, attempted sodomy and two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child. He was sentenced to six years in prison and appeared in the California registered sex offender database as of May 2011.
