Paul Nguyen

Incardinated in the Diocese of Oslo in Norway, Paul Nguyen began serving at St. Francis de Sales in Riverside, CA, in 1992. In April of 1993, Nguyen was accused of child sexual abuse occurring in January of that year. The incident was reported to the San Bernardino County Child Protection Agency. As of April of 1993, Nguyen had left the Diocese of San Bernardino and was believed to have moved back to Oslo, Norway.
