Peter McCormick

According to a list of priests credibly accused of sexual misconduct released by the Diocese of San Bernardino in October of 2018, Peter McCormick was credibly accused of the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old boy beginning in 1990. The diocese became aware of this allegation in 2000 and removed him from ministry shortly thereafter. The allegation against McCormick was not reported to the police until 2002. According to reporting in the wake of the release of the 2018 list, shortly after his removal, McCormick left California to live with his religious order, the Servants of the Paraclete.
