Rodolfo Delgado

Rodlfo Delgado was suspended in 2006 when it was alleged that he had sexually abused a 15-year-old boy from 1983-1985. At the time of his suspension, Delgado was working as the pastor of St. Philomene’s Parish in Sacramento, CA. The man who reported this abuse in 2006 later filed suit against the diocese in 2009.
