Stephen Emmett Specialle, also spelled Speciale, appears on the 2004 list of priests credibly accused of sexual misconduct released by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. In a 2004 lawsuit, he was accused of the repeated sexual abuse of a child at Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Barbara, CA.
